Each year, Vedder releases the Annual Pro Bono Report, which highlights the firm’s commitment to providing free legal services to underserved communities. The report highlights significant pro bono efforts and accomplishments led by our attorneys.
The 2024 report draws focus to a variety of legal services, including counsel to survivors of human trafficking, an investigation for farmworkers subject to human smuggling and labor trafficking, and advocacy for the compassionate release of inmates serving life sentences for non-violent crimes. The report also covers our work representing journalists and utilizing employment law to support individuals facing discrimination due to criminal records, facial deformities, and disabilities.
No matter the size of the organization or effort, Vedder is committed to creating meaningful change through its pro bono initiatives.
