Shareholder Alex Weinstein, part of the Chicago office’s Labor and Employment practice group, was recently featured on a podcast hosted by the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) to discuss the enforceability of restrictive covenants in the United States.
Alex discusses federal and state initiatives to limit the use of restrictive covenants, including non-competes, as well as best practices for crafting an enforceable restrictive covenant agreement.
