Amy L. Bess and Michelle T. Olson to Speak at PLI’s Workplace Accommodation and Leave Challenges

Labor and Employment Shareholders Amy L. Bess and Michelle T. Olson will present at PLI’s Workplace Accommodation and Leave Challenges program. The program will be held in New York on November 15. Presenters will share legal updates and practical insights on how to manage risk when faced with leave and accommodation challenges. Ms. Bess continues as PLI’s Co-Chair and will provide opening remarks.

Ms. Olson will speak on the “Leave and Accommodation Management” panel. She and her co-panelists will address considerations relating to integrating the leave and accommodation processes and the building blocks for navigating transitional return to work. Click here for more information.
