Amy Bess to Speak at HR Leadership Forum Summer Series 2024

On Thursday, June 13, Labor and Employment Shareholder Amy L. Bess will present at the 2024 HR Leadership Forum of Greater Washington Summer Series. Her featured webinar, “What Employers Need to Know Now About the FTC’s Rule Banning Non-Competes” will provide attendees with a greater understanding of the impact the FTC’s Final Rule will have on employers and employees when nearly all non-compete agreements are deemed unlawful.

Amy is the managing shareholder of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Having represented several employers before the U.S. state and federal courts and administrative agencies, Amy will address strategies for employers to protect their capital and information through alternative legally enforceable methods.
