Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits group Chair Christopher T. Collins will present at PLI’s Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2024 program. The program will be held in Chicago on January 17. Presenters will share the basics of drafting and negotiating corporate agreements—from how the provisions of an agreement fit together, to the fundamental drafting and negotiating principles common to all corporate agreements.
Mr. Collins will speak on “Drafting and Negotiating Employment Agreements.” He will help participants learn to identify the essential terms of all employment agreements, protect confidential information and inventions, and understand severance agreements and dispute resolution procedures.
