London Employment Associate Daniel Stander authored an article in People Management exploring whether the UK could follow weight-based discrimination laws, which have recently come into effect in more than one US state.
Stander reminds employers that “while there does not appear to be any support from the current government to make this a reality, there have been other attempts to bolster employee protections”.
