David Hernandez, Shareholder in the firm’s Global Transportation Finance practice team, will serve as a panelist at the 2024 National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference during the session “Advanced Structuring: Flight Departments, Managed, Charter, IRC § 280F” on Sunday, October 20th at the Encore Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada.
David will share his insight on advanced structuring options for effective aircraft financing and utilization. In addition, David will address the various FAA and tax issues that can impact operators when these non-traditional structures are improperly implemented. He will be joined on the panel by Julianne Christensen of Houck & Christensen CPAs, LLC.
