Deborah Bielicke Eades, a Shareholder in the Investment Services group of the firm, will serve as a panelist for the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) Program Symposium being held in Chicago July. Ms. Eades will participate in the sessions, “Third-Party Due Diligence,” and “Professional Ethics: Ethical Decision-Making for Compliance Professionals.” In the first session, she and her fellow panelists will explore the impact of the new SEC proposed antifraud rule, due diligence considerations, practical approaches to due diligence and advisers' supervisory responsibility. In the second session, Ms. Eades and her co-panelists will analyze current research on the sources of unethical behaviors and practical methods for applying this research to their financial services firms.
