Jonathan Maude Featured in People Management on AI Use in Businesses

Labor and Employment Partner and Chair of the UK/EU Employment Law Committee, Jonathan Maude was recently featured in People Management, sharing insight on the efficacy and legalities of monitoring employees using AI.

Mr. Maude says that any business monitoring its employees needs to make sure that it is data privacy compliant: “There is a broad suite of such documents that employers will need to have in place, including employee privacy notices and an employee data protection policy,” he says.
