Shareholders Amy Bess to Co-Chair and Cheryl Sabnis to Present at Employment Law Institute

Shareholders Amy L. Bess will Co-Chair and Shareholder Cheryl A. Sabnis will present at the Employment Law Institute, hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) on October 15 and 16 in New York. 

Each session will be led by professionals in the employment law industry to review case law and regulatory developments and best practices surrounding timely issues in employment law for private practitioners, in-house counsel, human resources and other business professionals.

Amy will provide the opening remarks of the program. Cheryl will serve on the panel “Retaliation and Whistleblower Claims in 2024” with other leading professionals from the labor industry. The collective panel will discuss best practices for preventing and managing retaliation and whistleblower claims.
