Established in 2011, London became Vedder’s first international office, located in Moorgate. Situated at the heart of one of the world’s leading financial centres, the London office serves as a gateway to the UK, European, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern financial, commercial and securities markets.

Our London-based solicitors advise on complex cross-border transactions and the interplay of regulatory and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. The team regularly acts for UK clients and works in close collaboration with U.S. colleagues on multinational matters, delivering seamless, coordinated legal advice.

Beyond client service, the London office is actively engaged in community and firm initiatives. The office proudly participates in and hosts events through the firm-wide women’s initiative, Women at Vedder Empowering Success (WAVES). In addition, the London team partnered with The Royal Free Charity for its inaugural Community Service Day, with colleagues volunteering at the Royal Free Hospital to provide CV-writing and interview support, professional guidance, and assistance with patient activities.
