Adam advises private equity firms, hedge funds, aircraft lessors, investment banks, commercial banks and manufacturers involved in commercial aircraft finance.

Clients turn to him for investment platform formation, capital aggregation, asset and debt acquisition and disposition, and a broad range of financing transactions. His work includes complex structured capital markets deals such as pooled warehouse financings, ABS and EETC transactions. Known for staying focused on outcomes, he brings stakeholders together to get deals done with minimal friction.

Before joining Vedder, Adam served as general counsel to Q Aviation, a global aircraft operating lessor. He guided the company from launch, built its legal infrastructure and helped develop portfolio and risk management procedures. Market awareness remains central to his approach, informed by the breadth of his work and his ongoing dialogue with industry players.

He also supports clients with corporate structuring, maintenance and consignment agreements, engine and airframe modifications, servicing arrangements and general corporate and securities matters.
