• Represented a lender in a $25 million financing of a development site in Greensboro, North Carolina, in connection with the construction of over 100 new single-family homes.
• Represented a lender in a $30 million construction financing utilized for a 30,000-square-foot specialty hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Represented a landlord in negotiating a 50,000-square-foot industrial warehouse lease with Amazon Prime in Dallas, Texas.
• Represented a lender in connection with a $170 million credit line secured by a leasehold mortgage in Burlington, Vermont.
• Represented several national retailers in negotiating over 50 leases throughout the continental United States.
