Alex Borriello is an experienced Litigation, Bankruptcy and Labor & Employment Paralegal with over fifteen years of experience.
Alex focuses on complex commercial litigation, finance and leasing transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She also supports the Labor & Employment group with litigation, mediation and arbitration.
Alex plays a pivotal role in providing support for attorneys, especially on large scale litigations and document reviews. She has a comprehensive understanding of the litigation lifecycle from inception to trial, as well case management and settlement. She assists with deposition preparation and testimony, trial preparation, and creates and maintains all aspects of our eDiscovery workspaces from document retrieval through production and tracking.
Alex has been at Vedder since 2017. She has extensive experience in iManage, Relativity, Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, PACER, Sanction legal presentation software, Opus2, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and various Microsoft Office applications.
