Alissa Askuvich is an experienced litigation paralegal with a strong background supporting complex matters across multiple jurisdictions, including Federal and Appellate Courts, Arbitrations, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and proceedings before the PTAB and TTAB.
She also provides critical support to the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. She is skilled in managing large-scale document productions, coordinating with experts and witnesses, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. Her responsibilities also include drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing trial exhibits, and maintaining meticulous case records to support strategic legal objectives.
