Benavon Lee

Benavon Lee is an Associate in Vedder’s Singapore office and a member of the Global Transportation Finance team.

She advises financiers, lessors, and aviation clients on a broad range of cross-border finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, sale-and-leaseback arrangements, aircraft and engine acquisitions, and portfolio financings.

Benavon's experience spans complex multi-jurisdictional financings across Asia, Europe and the Americas. She has advised on ECA-and AFIC-backed aircraft financings, and has also supported lessors in restructuring and repossession matters. She has been on secondment with a global Irish lessor and works seamlessly with internal teams and international partners to deliver efficient, coordinated support across jurisdictions.

Triple qualified in England and Wales, New York and Singapore, Benavon brings a strong execution capability, global perspective and cross-cultural fluency to complex aviation, banking and finance and asset-finance mandates. Benavon is fluent in Mandarin, and also conversational in German and Swiss German.
