Brian handles matters involving commercial contract disputes, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, professional malpractice, securities fraud, and state-law tort claims. He brings extensive trial and arbitration experience, including second-chairing a $60 million commercial arbitration and preparing witness examinations in high-profile disputes, helping clients achieve favorable outcomes while protecting their business interests. He emphasizes clear communication of litigation strategy, highlighting risks and opportunities to position clients for success.
Brian maintains an active pro bono practice, securing significant victories for clients facing wrongful imprisonment and immigration challenges. He has represented individuals in life-changing matters, including commuting a 10-year sentence for a wrongfully convicted client and winning an asylum case for a mother and daughter targeted for political activism.
