Christine Nie is a member of firm’s Global Transportation Finance team. She advises operating lessors, finance companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds on financing and leasing transactions involving commercial aircraft and other high-value equipment, delivering practical, business-focused solutions that align immediate deal objectives with long-term strategic goals. 

Christine also has experience guiding corporate clients through entity conversions and complex contract disputes. Her prior work at a Big Four accounting firm in technology risk advisory provides her with valuable insight into the operational and compliance considerations that shape financing structures. 

Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin, Christine brings a global perspective to every transaction, helping clients navigate cross-border deals with confidence and precision.
