Ciara A. Davenport

Ciara Davenport is a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, where she advises clients in the aviation sector.

Ciara experience includes the preparation of aircraft leasing documents, with an emphasis on sale and leaseback transactions, security documents, tax filings and International Registry filings. She also has experience with Irish company secretarial procedures and company incorporations.  She delivers practical, business-focused solutions that help clients navigate complex cross-border deals and manage risk.

Before joining Vedder, Ciara worked as a legal executive at an Irish law firm, preparing aircraft leasing documents and handling company incorporations, Irish corporate documents, tax filings, and international registry submissions.
