David is the Chief Operating Officer at Vedder and oversees the Operations and Risk Management Teams.
As the head of Operations, David is responsible for corporate real estate, operations across the firm, and firm procurement. In his role as the head of Risk Management, David is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's global risk assessment framework, developing and executing the risk-based Internal Audit plan, and evaluating effectiveness of governance, risk management, and controls at all levels within the firm. Prior to joining Vedder, David worked in various internal audit roles within Fortune 500 companies and large financial institutions.
