Diana Schoendorff joined Vedder in 1998. She is the senior paralegal in the firm’s Finance and Transactions group.
Diana is integral in supporting attorneys from the beginning to end of each deal. She has great attention to detail, is organized and efficient, which keeps the finance deals organized and ensures a seamless closing. She is the go-to paralegal for all things UCC related and has developed excellent working relationships with the firm’s clients. Diana created and manages the post-closing database to track post-closing requirements for each deal. She is very knowledgeable and plays a key role in mentoring junior associates and training new paralegals and project assistants.
