Dylan Cattie is a member of the Litigation group and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing businesses in high-stakes disputes where strategy, efficiency, and results matter.
He works with clients across industries to manage risk, control costs, and position cases for favorable outcomes, guiding matters from early assessment through resolution.
Dylan handles all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial. He brings a disciplined, strategic approach to defense strategy, with experience across breach of contract, restrictive covenant, trade secrets, product liability, First Amendment, False Claims Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act matters.
Earlier in his career, Dylan served as a legal intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of the District of Columbia and the Federal Community Defender for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, experiences that sharpened his advocacy skills and reinforced his focus on practical, outcome-driven representation.
