Elda Capilla is a Paralegal in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups.
Elda provides assistance with all facets of litigation—from discovery to trial. She has spearheaded discovery efforts across multiple employment and litigation matters, including large-scale class action lawsuits. Elda routinely works alongside attorneys to formulate discovery plans and handles a wide array of data‐driven projects. Elda prides herself on identifying automated alternatives to inefficient processes, allowing her to provide superior services to our clients. As a result of her expertise, she often supervises highly technical document reviews and assists with all phases of document production and tracking.
With multiple trials under her belt, Elda also excels at trial preparation. From reviewing and abstracting deposition and hearing testimony to preparing visual aids for use during trial, Elda steps in wherever she is needed with a can-do attitude, keen attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
