Elise Rippe is the Manager of Legal Recruiting at Vedder, responsible for the recruitment of all attorneys for the firm’s New York, Washington, DC, London, Singapore and Miami offices.
With more than 25 years of legal recruiting experience, Elise works closely with the firm’s Director of Attorney Affiliations, Practice Area Leaders and Firm Management to develop and support strategic initiatives for attorney recruiting, hiring and integration.
Elise also manages the Summer Associate Program and law student recruitment for the East Coast offices, shaping the next generation of legal talent for the Firm.
