Ellen “Ellie” Hemminger is a member of the Labor and Employment group who advises employers on managing workforce risk and navigating complex employment matters. She works with companies across industries to align legal strategies with business objectives and protect operational continuity.
Ellie defends claims involving discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, wage and hour compliance, and employment-related class actions, representing clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies. She also advises on policy development, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, and broader employment issues, helping clients make confident, business-minded decisions.
