Elvira Razzano is a member of the Litigation group and represents clients in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation, including restrictive covenant and employment litigation, in state and federal courts. She also advises clients on regulatory and internal investigations, providing strategic guidance that aligns legal outcomes with business objectives.

Elvira manages all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and discovery to dispositive motions, evidentiary hearings, arbitration, and mediation, delivering practical solutions that protect client interests and minimize risk. Elvira’s representations include life sciences companies, banking and financial institutions, public companies, and executive-level and other high-level individuals within those entities. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients with immigration status matters and supporting transgender individuals with name changes.

Before joining the firm, Elvira worked at two nationally recognized law firms, gaining experience in class actions, bankruptcy proceedings, products liability litigation, and internal and regulatory investigations. Her prior experience and hands-on approach help clients navigate complex legal challenges efficiently and effectively. Elvira received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.

  • Represented a publicly held biotechnology company in actions for breach of contract and theft of trade secrets and in the defense of a federal employment discrimination action.
  • Represented a financial institution and several high-level employees in the defense of a Delaware Court of Chancery action alleging breach of restrictive covenants and fiduciary duties and tortious interference with contract.
  • Represented an international shipping company and executives thereof in the successful defense and dismissal of a lawsuit alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act.
  • Represented a financial institution in a FINRA arbitration action for breach of restrictive covenants and fiduciary duties.
