Fernando Torres is an Immigration Paralegal in the firm’s Business Immigration Practice Group.
He supports firm clients across a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications. His experience also includes preparing PERM labor certification applications and coordinating with clients and government agencies throughout the immigration process.
Fernando joined the firm in 2016 and brings a strong legal foundation to his role, having previously practiced as a licensed attorney in Lima, Peru.
