Jake Zwerling, a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, advises lenders, investors, and operators on complex transportation finance transactions. He helps clients structure and close asset-based loans, acquisition financings, restructurings, and cross-border lending arrangements that support business growth and operational continuity.
Jake handles the full lifecycle of secured financing matters, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, evaluating risk, and coordinating the elements needed to deliver efficient, reliable closings. His approach is practical and business-focused, ensuring clients receive clear guidance that aligns with commercial objectives.
Before joining the firm, Jake worked on litigation and transactional matters as a summer associate, experience that sharpened his judgment and informs his approach to fast-moving, asset-intensive financing transactions.
