When an employee leaves a company to join a competitor, Jeanah Park fights to protect her client’s trade secrets. And when her clients make competitive hires, she defends them against claims of trade secrets theft and breach of restrictive covenants.

Jeanah also helps corporations of all sizes resolve high stakes business disputes. With clients ranging from small businesses to large, publicly traded corporations, Jeanah understands their businesses and their tolerance for risk, and based on the facts and contracts involved, she develops practical and realistic strategies to meet their goals. She uses strategic problem solving to avoid litigation where possible and uses litigation as a business tool where necessary.

In her work involving restrictive covenants, Jeanah’s clients benefit from her knowledge of the constantly changing laws and regulations. She deploys that knowledge to the fullest extent possible to protect her clients’ intellectual property and investment when an employee leaves, and to defend her clients when they hire people who are bound by restrictive covenants.

With over twenty years of litigation experience, Jeanah maintains a national commercial litigation practice encompassing complex business disputes. She helps her clients navigate contractual disputes, first seeking a resolution without resorting to litigation, then aggressively defending or prosecuting the contractual and common law claims. Jeanah has defended clients against claims of breach of fiduciary duty, securities fraud, and has represented public and private companies in shareholder disputes and other disputes involving unfair competition and defamation.

I understand the opposition's point of view and use that knowledge to my client's advantage.
