Jeffrey L. Landers II

Jeff Landers, a member of the Global Transportation Finance team, works with financial institutions, lessors, manufacturers, private equity firms, and other investors on transactions involving aviation, maritime, and rail assets.

Jeff handles asset-backed securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, operating and finance leases, joint ventures, and portfolio and sale-leaseback transactions. He supports clients as they build and scale lending and leasing platforms, structure investments, and navigate complex corporate and securities matters. Jeff also advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, venture capital matters, equipment finance, and corporate transactions tied to the acquisition, operation, and management of multifamily, commercial, and agricultural real estate.

Jeff is a member of the Uniform Law Commission, where he contributes to commercial law developments that impact investors and operators across the transportation and real estate sectors.
