Kendyl Natividad

Kendyl Natividad is a paralegal in the firm’s Global Transportation Finance practice group, supporting attorneys in managing aircraft, helicopters, railcar and general equipment financing and acquisition transactions.

Kendyl assists the associates and shareholders with preparing and coordinating conditions precedent and subsequent to transaction documents and ensuring that the matter remains organized and efficient. She coordinates lien searches for entities and equipment, assists in drafting legal documents and filings such as UCC and International Registry filings, prepares and coordinates execution of signature packets, assembles and finalizes execution versions of transaction documents, ancillaries, and compiles post-closing sets while assisting with post-closing filling procedures.
