Kevin Murphy, a real estate associate, concentrates his practice on representing financial institutions, investors and developers in real estate transactions and financing matters. He assists clients through every stage of the transaction, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing documentation and supplementary transaction documentation and conducting due diligence on ongoing transactions.
Prior to joining Vedder, Kevin was an investment funds associate in Chicago. He has represented fund sponsor clientele with fund formation matters and ongoing fund operational matters and counseled developers and investors in transactions involving federal and state low-income housing tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits.
