Lander Burleigh is part of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team and advises clients across the transportation industry on financings that drive liquidity, growth, and operational stability.
He works with investment banks, corporations, and credit providers to structure transactions that support business objectives and reduce execution risk.
Lander represents clients in acquisition financings, corporate restructurings, and refinancings involving first and second lien secured term and revolving credit facilities. He focuses on building efficient capital structures, coordinating among competing stakeholders, and delivering solutions that keep transactions on track.
