Lesley Snyder

Lesley Snyder is a paralegal in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.

Lesley is a detail-oriented senior paralegal with a focus on domestic and cross-border aviation and rail finance and acquisitions and experience working on large portfolio deals.  She regularly assists with drafting transaction documents and handles document management for transactions, including coordination with third parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions and satisfaction of post-closing requirements.  She has extensive experience with matters relating to the International Registry and UCC Financing Statements. Prior to joining Vedder, she worked as a transactional insurance paralegal with another prominent law firm.
