Merisa S. Lima is the Director of Pro Bono and Engagement at the firm. Merisa is a seasoned professional with experience in legal recruitment, professional development, diversity and inclusion, and pro bono in large law.
Merisa is responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with the firm's pro bono and engagement goals. This includes ensuring that all pro bono legal services are consistent with the firm’s values and commitment to improving the communities it serves. Previously Merisa worked at an AM100 and an AM200 law firm for over two decades, advancing through various roles including Diversity & Inclusion Manager, and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist where her contributions included supporting their Diversity & Inclusion Committees through several task force and strategic plan iterations and leading the firms’ pipeline programs initiatives.
