Marko Tupanjac is an Associate member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group.

Marco advises clients on patent and trademark matters, including prosecution, enforcement, and transactions. He assists with drafting and negotiating IP agreements, managing filings, and developing strategies to protect innovation and support business growth.

Marco combines legal insight with practical solutions to help clients safeguard their ideas and strengthen brand assets. Marko’s experience includes preparing motions and responses before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and supporting litigation teams on complex intellectual property issues.
