Melissa Serrano Cid is a Florida Registered Paralegal with the firm’s White Collar and Corporate Liability department.
Melissa has six years experience as a paralegal. She is well-versed in all areas of civil litigation, and brings strong skills with analysis and writing to case teams.
Melissa gained experience working in both large and boutique law firms handling personal injury matters from inception to the settlement and/or trial phase. Melissa often assists case teams in preparing visual aids, hearing and evidentiary case binders, exhibit and expert lists, draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, notices, summons, and other litigation filings.
Melissa plays a key role both in pre-trial proceedings and trial preparation by managing exhibits, prepping witnesses and providing hot seat support during trials. Melissa was born and raised in Venezuela. As a native Spanish speaker, she is proud to offer her help in translating and Pro Bono matters to attorneys and other members of the firm as needed.
