Michael Considine is a member of Vedder’s Labor & Employment group, advising employers across industries on managing employment risk and achieving business objectives.
He provides strategic guidance on wage and hour compliance, leave and accommodation issues, discrimination claims, employee policies, and restrictive covenants and trade secret protection.
Michael represents clients in employment litigation and other disputes, helping navigate complex matters while aligning legal strategies with organizational goals. He also assists in conducting employment-related due diligence and drafting and updating employee handbooks and workplace policies to support compliance and operational efficiency.
