She spearheads research for fact development in conjunction with evolving legal approach. Teams rely on her comprehensive experience with virtual or in-person depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials making her a key contributor. Harnessing a deep and broad toolkit, Monica provides strong attention to detail as well as offers an expertise in organizational strategy to deliver proactive results. 

Monica’s litigation experience includes Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets, Complex Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, Corporate Liability, Government Investigations, Director & Officer Defense, Wage and Hour Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Discrimination Law, Labor Unions, Insurance, various Pro Bono matters and other complex litigation matters.

Monica is proficient in Relativity, RelativityOne, iManage, Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, PACER Pro, PACER, Sanction legal presentation software, Case Notebook, Opus2, Everlaw, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and various Microsoft Office applications.
