Natosha Greene is a member of the Litigation practice group and represents clients in complex commercial litigation and energy regulatory matters.
Natosha focuses her practice on regulatory litigation and advisory work for electric utilities and other energy clients in contested cases, rulemakings, and complex proceedings involving electric generation, transmission, and distribution.
Natosha has experience serving as counsel in energy regulatory matters, including proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Her work includes advising clients throughout the rulemaking process, representing utilities in contested regulatory cases, and guiding clients through Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) applications. She regularly counsels clients on compliance with the regulatory framework governing electric utilities and power markets, including issues involving utility service obligations.
