Pamela Masters is responsible for the recruitment of all attorneys for the firm’s Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Dallas offices.
Pamela works closely with the firm’s Director of Attorney Affiliations, Practice Area Leaders and Firm Management to develop and support strategic initiatives for attorney recruiting, hiring and integration.
Pamela also manages the Summer Associate Program and law student recruitment for the Midwest, Pacific and Texas regions, shaping the next generation of legal talent for the Firm.
