Patricia Hack is a paralegal in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
She supports attorneys in the prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent, trademarks, and copyrights, adversarial proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions and financing matters.
Patricia plays a key role in preparing and managing patent applications around the world from initial filing to issuance, trademark applications from initial filing through registration maintenance, and assists with instructing and managing local counsel on intellectual property matters around the world relative to the filing and prosecution of foreign patent and trademark matters. Patricia also is well versed in trademark clearance searches and diligence of existing patent, trademark, and copyright filings.
Patricia began work at Vedder as an IP assistant and through work experience as a Paralegal over the past eight years, has become a valuable asset to the IP Practice Group. Patricia has been with Vedder for a total of ten years.
