Scott Kohrt is a paralegal in the firm's Investment Services practice group, where he provides assistance to attorneys on a variety of compliance, corporate, securities and transactional matters.
Scott successfully prepares and assists with filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission for registered funds and investment advisers through the EDGAR system. Additionally, he supports the private fund sector of ISG in managing legal entities, maintaining corporate records, drafting legal documents, client communication, filing reports and ensuring adherence to corporate governance laws in multiple jurisdictions.
