Sydney Myones is a member of the Litigation group and represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on creditors’ rights and collections. She guides clients through all phases of disputes, including breach of contract actions, collection matters, and other business-related litigation.
Sydney manages litigation from inception to resolution, coordinating strategy, discovery, and negotiations to achieve results that align with her clients’ business objectives. She maintains clear, proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure efficient, strategic, and outcome-driven representation.

- Represented secured lenders and equipment lessors in complex commercial disputes involving enforcement of security interests, recovery of collateral, and related contract claims.
- Handled breach of contract and collection actions on behalf of commercial clients, including obtaining judgments and pursuing post-judgment remedies.
- Advised and represented creditors in multi-jurisdictional enforcement proceedings, including asset restraints, garnishments, and turnover actions against debtors and third parties.
