Tom Webb is a Paralegal with the Real Estate transaction group in Chicago.
Tom is responsible for handling multiple aspects of commercial real estate finance transactions, including, but not limited to: reviewing title and survey matters; drafting closing documentation and assisting with preparation of due diligence items; coordinating execution of closing documents; preparing closing sets; and communicating with internal, client, Borrower Counsel, and title company teams regarding the same.
Tom’s career with Vedder started in 2014, and since that time he has worked in a variety of legal assistant / practice support positions. He has been a Paralegal since 2021.
