Tim O’Brien joined the Vedder Price team in May of 2023 as a Finance & Transactions (F&T) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Paralegal. He’s also worked with the Investment Services Group (ISG).
He has over 25 years of Corporate and Finance/Secured Lending experience. His primary focus is assisting with closings and post-closing work. He handles a variety of tasks and assists attorneys in all phases of a company’s lifecycle. He also drafts consents, Bylaws, LLC Agreements, stock certificates, EIN procurement, UCC financing statements and more. He routinely coordinates, analyzes and summarizes UCC/lien searches.
