Henrietta Worthington advises borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border financings across a range of sectors, with a focus on emerging markets. She structures and negotiates transactions involving sustainable finance, energy and infrastructure projects, export and acquisition finance, and complex restructurings. Henrietta works closely with clients to enhance their ESG performance and align sustainability strategies with regulatory frameworks.
She also advises multinational businesses on international trade and regulatory compliance, including UN, EU, and UK sanctions, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery requirements. Henrietta delivers commercially focused solutions that help clients manage risk and achieve business objectives in emerging markets.
Her work also includes sustainable tourism, human rights sanctions advocacy, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Henrietta is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
