- Advised a real estate development company on multiple internal investigations concerning conflicts of interest and misconduct allegations arising out of whistleblower reports.
- Advised a Middle Eastern company on a cross-border investigation involving an authorized push payment (APP) fraud.
- Advised a global corporation on the development of an enhanced internal policy programme, including anti-bribery and corruption and gift policies.
- Represented a Middle Eastern entity in a London-seated LCIA arbitration involving a complex loan dispute.
